This hotel is conveniently located near various attractions in central Florida and a shopping mall, with a nearby Chick-fil-A for early meals.

Nothing! No towles, poor customer service!!! I needed coffee and towles and was told by front desk to go find house keeping to get what I need!!! And no people waiting at front desk!!!!!!!!! It really felt like well I have your card number now so F-off!!!

This place has a great location close to attractions, shopping, and highways, making it convenient for exploring.

It was a really great stay during our 6 nights of stay. Central location next to central Florida, hill, it was in a fairly nice area. Local fast food option Cicis was 25 minutes walk away.

The lady who provided maid service "Lottie" was very thorough when cleaning the room and always good natured.

1. Upon using the phone for a wake-up call noted it was crawling with ants. Advised the lobby who did not provide prompt response. 2. The air conditioner failed to work which required us to change rooms. 3. The room we moved into had a sink in the bathroom that clogged. We reported this at 8am. Upon returning at 6:30pm from a long day out and about, we found the plumber attempting to fix the clog and water all over the floor. We left to allow him time to complete work. Upon return found a note that said not to use the sink. It was fixed the next day. We spoke to the front desk who contacted the manager. We waited for him to arrive in the morning. After waiting we needed to leave and were told he would call us. We are still waiting for the call!

This place is small but located in a really nice area. the staff here were friendly, and the location couldn't be better. 🌟 It's definitely a top choice if you're looking for a place to stay around here.
